I’m open for one-on-one and group sessions. I can often find you a compatible lesson partner when schedules mesh. I have 25 years of fitness coaching experience with an expertise in injury reduction. I train and work with pickleball athletes on and off court. Pickleball is a footwork sport and I love teaching players the important details — whether it be technique or strategies for on court success. Your goals are my goals — I work to help you shine and be a force on court!
