I’ve been playing basketball since I was 4 years old, and the game has been a major part of my life ever since. Basketball has taken me all over the country and given me experiences, opportunities, and challenges that have shaped me both as a player and as a person. I went on to play college basketball at the University of Alaska Anchorage, a highly respected NCAA Division II program, where I competed at a high level and learned what it truly takes to win. Throughout my college career, I was a 40% three-point shooter and earned First Team All-Conference and First Team All-Defense honors. My journey wasn't always easy. I've experienced the highs of success and the lows that come with being a competitive athlete. Those experiences taught me that becoming a better basketball player isn't just about playing more—it’s about learning how to practice, how to train, how to understand the game, and how to consistently push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Over the years, I learned what actually translates to winning basketball: developing the right habits, understanding your strengths and weaknesses, becoming a smarter player, and putting in purposeful work. Now, I want to use everything I've learned throughout my journey to help other players improve. My goal is to give athletes the knowledge, workouts, mindset, and tools they need to become more confident, skilled, and effective basketball players.
