“If you’re looking for a striking coach who actually gives a damn about your individual journey, Isaiah is the man. I didn’t exactly walk into the gym as a natural athlete. I came in overweight with a physical disability that I honestly thought would keep me from ever being effective at Muay Thai. Most coaches would have seen my limitations as a roadblock, but Isaiah saw them as a puzzle to solve. He didn't just give me generic combinations; he worked with me to modify my movements, ensuring I could train safely and effectively without aggravating my condition. Because of his patience and his high-level technical knowledge, I wasn't just able to lose a significant amount of weight—I actually learned how to strike. Whether you’re an elite competitor or someone just trying to get their health back on track like I was, he treats you with the same level of respect and dedication. I can’t recommend him enough.”Alex, student · shared by IsaiahAbout IsaiahMartial arts has been a passion of mine for my entire life. Currently, i am the head striking coach at Metrolina Martial Arts, and have been for 2 years. I have a competitive muay thai/kickboxing record of 9‐3. I'm ranked in 3 different martial arts including jiu jitsu, in which i also compete. I've had the privilege of training with legends of the sport, in the states and in Thailand. I'm interested helping those who are interested in learning about, and participating in, combat sports.Go to profileLooking around? See more kickboxing coaches in Concord.
