I've been passionate about hockey and skating since a young age and have spent more than 10 years coaching athletes at every stage of their development. My experience ranges from Female B to AAA and Junior levels, as well as leading both group and private skill development sessions for players ages 3 through adult. I focus on creating a positive, challenging, and supportive environment that helps players build confidence, improve their skills, and develop a lifelong love for the game.

I’m a WHL and U SPORTS defenseman with experience in the WHL (Saskatoon, Prince George, Moose Jaw) and currently playing at Carleton University. I provide high-level skill development focused on skating, puck control, and game IQ. My sessions are designed to replicate real game situations, helping players improve confidence, decision-making, and overall performance. I work with players of all levels and tailor each session to their specific goals.
