“Mason can look at my swing and say one thing, and then I’ll be swinging right again. It’s impressive how well he can analyze a swing and find an adjustment.”Colton W., student

About MasonA Raleigh native, I have deep ties to the Triangle’s golf community. My passion for golf began early, honed through junior golf programs and six years working at Wil-Mar Golf Club. Reviews for coaches at Knights Play Golf Center

I had never golfed before I began taking lessons. Throughout the session, I had learned the basics and the proper way to swing a golf club. Each time I made a mistake, Coach Ria caught it and helped me improve. We worked with different clubs every time and after struggling with a driver for a bit, I got the hang of it once I learned the major tips for using one. As a beginner, I see a lot of improvement with each lesson.

Ria is an excellent coach! She made sure that we practiced all the goals I had written down, so I now know what adjustments I need to make when playing. She also always made sure I understood what we were doing and asked if I ever had any questions or needed further explanation. Whenever I did have a question she was great at explaining. Ria made every session great, and I’m excited to take more lessons with her!
