About Michael

My coaching journey began with my daughter, whom I coached to earn a scholarship to Grambling University. Since then, I’ve been dedicated to coaching kids and adults throughout the metro Atlanta area, helping them improve their game and develop a passion for golf. My experience and love for the sport are what drive me to inspire the next generation of golfers!

What students say...

"I'm pretty pleased with how the lesson went honestly, it’s very beginner friendly, so I didn't feel overwhelmed, and I learned a lot about my swing. Though I still need to improve and learn new things, I feel like this approach really helps build a solid foundation for my game. Honestly, I was surprised at how accessible the instruction was, made me a bit more confident. If you're looking to get into golf without feeling like you're thrown into the deep end, I’d suggest giving Michael a try.

Oh, so far, I’d say Michael's a pretty solid coach. His patience really stands out, which helps me stay relaxed during the lesson. Still, I think building on the foundation he’s laid will make a real difference for my game. It’s the kind of instruction that feels consistent without pushing too hard, though I look forward to seeing how my technique progresses with more practice. If you're after a measured and clear approach, you might consider giving Michael a try.

I'm getting better at golf with Michael’s help, especially since he focused on patience and specific corrections I needed. Though I still need to work on striking the ball more consistently and making divots as proof of decent contact, I appreciate the detailed attention in the lesson. Still, I think a bit more emphasis on that aspect could be helpful next time. I’d say, though, it’s worth trying out Michael if you're after a measured, practical approach.

Michael's lesson offered really helpful insights into my technique, especially around accuracy and follow-through, which I hadn’t fully grasped before. The detailed answers to my questions made a noticeable difference. Still, I know I need to keep working on which club works best for distance. If you're looking for a calm, focused approach that emphasizes clarity and precision, it’s definitely worth trying Michael out.
