About TaeI’m Tae Daley, a former Division I defensive back from Vanderbilt University & Virginia Tech and professional athlete with experience at the highest level, including the Arizona Cardinals and Calgary Stampeders. Let’s be real most players are training wrong. They’re doing drills that look good on social media but don’t translate on the field. No structure. No real understanding of leverage, positioning, or how to actually win reps. That’s why they stay average. I train defensive backs and skill positions who want real results. Not hype. Not wasted reps. Real development. When you work with me, you’re getting: • Pro level technique that actually shows up on film • Position specific footwork, transitions, and reaction training • Game IQ that separates you before the snap • Real feedback, real corrections, and real accountability I’ve been in the film rooms. I’ve lined up against elite talent. I know exactly what coaches are looking for and what gets you on the field. If you’re serious about earning a spot, getting recruited, or dominating your competition, this is where that starts. If you’re not ready to be coached hard, this isn’t for you. But if you are, let’s get toGo to profile
