I’m a former Division 1 defensive back at Utah Tech University. I specialize in helping high school defensive backs improve their speed, footwork, technique and overall IQ on the field. My training focuses on DB fundamentals such as stance and starts, backpedal technique, hip transitions, change of direction, press man footwork, ball skills and game situations.
