



I’ve been boxing since I was 15 years old and coaching for 6 years. I have experience training all ages and all levels. Here to help the community achieve there fitness goals and be the best version of themselves.
"I’d say the lesson was quite helpful in refining my basic moves, though I still need to work on my footwork and reaction time. Angel’s focus on technique was great, and I appreciated the detailed feedback. I’m hoping future lessons will build on that foundation, but there’s clearly room to improve. Still, it’s definitely worth trying out if you’re into boxing and want honest instruction.
