Play Basketball at New Brighton Community Center

I have played basketball for 7 years, I played on my school's basketball team for 2 of my 4 years of high school, I love playing and I love teaching as well! I have worked with all kinds of kids from elementary all the way to high school, including students from a special needs program at my high school I helped run :) I love basketball and it is my passion and I love to share it with others. I love coaching anyone and everyone and I offer lessons to students with intellectual or physical disabilities as well.

Growing up basketball was like the tool for fun and development. Growth sprout had me interested. Put in the work and soon the results had me loving it more. Through elementary, Junior High I was at 2nd division level, by senior high I was playing at the highest level before graduating High school which I won the MVP in High school basketball 2012 in my country of birth Liberia, Monrovia. 2014 Travel Equatorial Guinea, 2017 China, Played around and coach. Now in the USA with my family.

For over two decades, I've cultivated basketball skills and passion in students of all levels. My approach blends strategic training with a supportive, fun environment, fostering growth on and off the court. For some background, I was a MN all state high school player when I graduated in 2016. I went on to play Division 1 basketball at the University of Denver where I was a 1st-team all conference selection & graduated in 2020. I then went overseas to Germany to play professionally where I was having a great year until I torn my ACL in 2021. I then decided to switch my passions & knowledge to coaching and would love to work together.

I am a basketball coach, skills trainer, and former professional player with over a decade of experience in player development, mentorship, and education. A Minnesota native and University of North Dakota alum, I have coached at the high school and collegiate level and worked with youth through elite camps, Nike Basketball, and community programs. He combines real-world experience with a passion for teaching, leadership, and helping others grow on and off the court.
