"Coach Casey is a great coach to my daughter. My daughter who is 11 thought she hated basketball until she met him. After one session she asked if he can be her coach and she can join his team. His love and passion for the game truly show in his training and techniques. Casey is knowledgeable and friendly. He motivates my daughter. Make sure she has the correct stand/position, I would highly recommend him to my family and friends.

Born and raised in San Diego, California, basketball has been a central part of my life for as long as I can remember. I come from a family of athletes—my brother and sister both played Division I basketball, and I was fortunate to follow a similar path. I earned a basketball scholarship to Boise State, where I competed at the collegiate level and continued to develop my game. After college, I had the opportunity to participate in several NBA tryouts, which opened the door for me to continue my career playing professionally overseas. Those experiences deepened my understanding of the game and gave me a global perspective on basketball. Now, my passion lies in teaching and developing players. There’s nothing more rewarding than helping athletes improve and watching their skills grow, both on and off the court. Basketball gave me so much, and I’m dedicated to passing that on to the next generation.

With 16 years of basketball instruction, I cultivate a fun, yet disciplined environment, ensuring athletes develop both technical prowess and a deep love for the game. Played junior college at a high level as well as division 2. I’m dedicated to helping players of all levels unlock their full potential on the court. I will bring out the best version of the player.

With over 16 years dedicated to basketball, I foster player growth. I refine skills, enhance strategic thinking, and cultivate a love for the game in each athlete I guide. My approach blends focused training with an enjoyable learning atmosphere. As a collegiate student athlete I understand the hard-work and dedication that it takes to reach our athletic goals.

I have an energetic, fun, and process-oriented coaching style. In my training plans, I center sessions around mastering the fundamentals, problem-solving drills, and repping the skills that will translate to making winnings plays at any level of basketball. However, I still leave plenty of time for games that challenge my athletes to the edge of their abilities and leave room for creativity. As for my coaching background, I have been coaching Division 1 College Women's Basketball for 4 years. Before I got into coaching, I served as a practice player for the Women's Basketball program at my alma mater (the University of Texas) for 2 years. I served as student manager for 1 year and then was promoted to a graduate assistant position for the University of Texas Women's Basketball team for 3 years. I also served as an assistant coach for the University of San Diego Women's Basketball team for the 2024-2025 NCAA season. I have helped develop All-Big 12 1st team members, The 2021 WNBA Draft 1st Overall Pick (Charli Collier) the Big 12 Defensive Player of the Year (Rori Harmon), the Big 12 Player of the year (Madison Booker) and All-WCC Honorable Mentions (Kylie Horstmeyer and Truitt Reilly).
