I’m a former collegiate athlete with a B.S. in Kinesiology and experience in strength & conditioning, personal training, and youth athletic development. My goal is to help players of all ages build strong fundamentals, improve basketball IQ, and gain confidence on the court. Every lesson is tailored to the athlete’s skill level, focusing on proper technique, hard work, and making the game fun.
