Through years of playing and self development, I created my own drills and training methods to help players improve their skills and confidence I specialize in shooting, ball handling, passing, defense, athletic development and post play. As a former collegiate basketball player from 2018-2023 and earned my bachelor’s in sports performance, health, and fitness. As a player i understand that life is more than just basketball. I try to instill in people more than just basketball such as integrity, honesty, respect, effort, etc. We are all human and we make mistakes but taking ownership and responsibility, the effort to mend and want to get better is what matters. I also focus on injury prevention. Pre and post stretch and strength.
