I'm a seasoned baseball coach with over 25 years of playing experience, as well as over 10 years of experience as a private instructor. I specialize in pitching & hitting. However, I am also more than capable of teaching basic fielding fundamentals for all the fielding positions as well. As a player that dealt with a variety of injuries, I know what it takes to keep a player healthy & injury free. My coaching philosophy centers around fostering a positive learning environment where players can develop their skills, build confidence, and reach their full potential on and off the field. I do not condone any sort of negative behavior such as yelling at my players for not getting the hang of what is being instructed. We will take as much time as needed to get it right. I solely aim to create a safe & fun learning environment for all of my students of this game that I love to the very core of my soul. I believe patience and trust are crucial to developing the skills and passion needed to taking a player to the next level of performance. I wish to spread my love and enjoyment for the game, hopefully inspiring and helping create a future professional baseball player. I desire consistency from my players, as well as the parents of the players. I promise to give you my all as long as it is reciprocated. I am a firm believer that any goal can be achieved if we work together & are committed to improving ourselves. Let’s get to work.

I have played and coached baseball my entire life. My experience ranges in baseball, strength and conditioning and sports performance giving your athlete the opportunity to develop overall to the best of their abilities. I have worked with Youth to high school athletes preparing them both mental and physically. They will learn when and how to use the skills they've learn to prepare them for the game ahead. I was working in Venezuela profesional league about 20 years also worked for Venezuelan Umpire Camp like an Umpire instructor . My goals is you get all skill and and ability to work on the field.
