Hi, my name is Coy and I love baseball. I’m 23 years old and I have been playing all my life and have been coaching for 4 years. My goal is to help students build confidence in their game and form good habits that will translate to success on the field. My goal is also to give students the tools and drills to improve their techniques without me so they can really improve.
"Coy was very patient with my daughter and really helped her understand what she could do to improve on her own time. Every lesson was fun and informative, and she was so excited to play little league with what she learned. We have noticed big improvements in her confidence and performance.

My 5 years of professional experience as a pitcher with the San Francisco Giants Organization provided me with a great deal of learning opportunities and exposure to high-level training. As someone that was never the most talented player, I had to rely on my work ethic and a desire to learn as much as I could through mechanics research, strength & mobility training and the science behind pitching analytics. I hope to share my experience and the knowledge I’ve gained over that time in order to help younger players reach their goals.
"My 11-year-old son, Gavin, has been working with John for pitching lessons over the past few months, and the progress has been incredible. John’s dedication to Gavin’s development is unmatched. He takes the time to thoroughly explain every aspect of pitching, ensuring Gavin not only practices but truly understands the mechanics. John’s commitment goes beyond the weekly sessions—he sends video clips and personalized notes with tips to help Gavin refine his skills. His personable and caring approach makes it clear how much he truly values Gavin’s growth, both as a player and as a person. I highly recommend John Timmins.”
