"Understandable, great attention to detail, and clear communication.

I am a current professional baseball player with the Florence Y'alls in Kentucky. I will be in Tampa during the offseason from September 1st until late February where I would like to begin coaching. I have experience playing junior college baseball as well as division 1 baseball at Miami University before I signed to a professional team this year. I have a passion for not only playing baseball but also helping others chase there dream. I am open to working with players on hitting and fielding.

""Dillon helped my son learn so much and improve a lot, we look forward to getting to continue working with him."

Oscar Galvez | Baseball Coach With over 15 years of baseball experience and 2 years at the professional level, I bring a deep understanding of the game from both a physical and mental standpoint. My mission is to help players elevate every aspect of their game — from refining mechanics and sharpening baseball IQ to mastering the mental side that separates good players from great ones. I’ve lived the game, from the grind of training to the intensity of pro competition, and I know what it takes to compete at the next level. Whether you’re looking to improve your swing, boost your field awareness, or build confidence under pressure, I provide the tools, mindset, and guidance to unlock your full potential on and off the field. Let’s work together to build a stronger, smarter, and more mentally tough ballplayer — because the game is more than just physical. It’s about how you think, how you respond, and how you lead.
