Hello, my name is Omar. I’m a motivated bilingual (English/Spanish) baseball instructor with hands-on experience coaching youth athletes and helping them develop their skills on and off the field. I focus on teaching the fundamentals of baseball—hitting, fielding, throwing, and mechanics—while creating a positive and supportive environment that builds confidence, improves performance, and helps athletes reach their full potential.

My experience ranges in baseball, strength and conditioning and sports performance giving your athlete the opportunity to develop overall to the best of their abilities. I have worked with Youth to high school athletes preparing them both mental and physically. They will learn when and how to use the skills they've learn to prepare them for the game ahead.
