I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management, a combination that fuels my structured approach to skill development, teamwork, and mentorship. My professional experience as an in-building guest teacher and substitute teacher ensures I know how to connect with youth athletes, break down complex skills, and tailor my teaching style to match each player's unique learning pace.
