Coach Landis Owens is a professional personal trainer with 23 years of experience developing athletic performance in youth and young adults ages 15–25. He specializes in building speed, strength, agility, coordination, and confidence through structured, sport-specific training. Coach Owens delivers high-level baseball, football, and soccer drills, combined with weight lifting, conditioning, and core abdominal training designed to improve overall athletic ability and reduce injury risk. His training approach focuses on proper mechanics, discipline, and mental toughness while helping athletes reach their full potential. Known for his leadership, motivation, and results-driven coaching style, Coach Landis Owens prepares athletes to perform at their best on the field

I played collegiate baseball at Francis Marion University (1 year), Prince George’s Community College (2 years), and St. Thomas University (1 year), gaining experience across multiple levels of college baseball. After my playing career, I transitioned into coaching and player development. I have coached with Thunderbirds Baseball Academy and Diamond Sports Academy and completed a pitching internship at Miami Christian High School, where I assisted with pitcher development, bullpen work, arm care routines, and game preparation. My goal as a pitching coach is to develop durable, efficient pitchers by improving mechanics, command, and pitch design while prioritizing long-term arm health. I focus on building consistency, confidence, and preparing pitchers to compete at the next level.
