I am a teacher by profession. After teaching science 18 years in South Korea, Mexico City, and Denver, i found pickleball in 2017. I was hooked right away and started filming my tournaments to improve. I achieved my goal of making it to Nationals and have won many medals in Men’s, Mixed, and Singles. Pickleball is my life’s passion, and I have now pivoted to teaching pickleball at Gates Tennis Center. I can help you elevate your game through active play, effective analysis, and coaching. Hope to see you soon!
"Josh knows pickleball. Is easy and enjoyable to work with. Knows teaching and coaching as well and beyond just learning, he helped me plug into the open play scene in Denver. I’m worlds better at pickleball because of him.

With over 8 years of experience as a tennis monitor, I've honed my skills in movement mechanics, strategy, and court management. Now, I'm taking my passion for racquet sports to the next level by pursuing certification as a professional pickleball coach. My background in tennis has provided me with a solid foundation in attack and defense strategies, which I'm excited to apply to the fast-paced world of pickleball. Whether you're looking to refine your technique, master strategic play, or simply improve your overall game, I'm here to help you reach your goals. With a focus on personalized instruction and a deep understanding of movement mechanics, I'm committed to helping you elevate your pickleball game to new heights.

I love helping people get better at pickleball. I’ve been coaching for 7 years and also played in college, so I know the game well. My lessons are fun, easy to follow, and made to fit your needs. Let’s work together and improve your skills step by step.
