Play Dance at Martin Luther King Recreation Center

Bio: Hello! My name is Natalie Vargas and I have 16 years of experience/training in a variety of dance styles, such as Jazz, Ballet, Hip-Hop, Pom, Contemporary, Lyrical, Musical Theatre, and Drill Team. I currently attend the University of North Texas and am majoring in Dance, with a minor in entrepreneurship. I’m also apart of the “North Texas Dancers” and am the “Jazz Nationals Captain” for this year. My teaching experience includes mainly teaching to previous and current teammates, as well as teaching at our clinics that hold. My intention with class is too open your vocabulary and perceptions of dance and it’s concepts, which will hopefully allow you to explore in a way that is beneficial to your individual artistry.
