Play Pickleball at Langford Park

Bio: Jay is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) certified personal trainer with a passion for fitness and sports performance. He is a member of a sponsored pickleball team in the PBPKL league open division, in which he recently won the league championship. He has recently signed with the PML semi-pro league 4.5+ division. He is also a gold medalist in the 3.5 singles division at the Paddletap tournaments. With a current DUPR rating of 4.492, Jay continues to excel in the sport of pickleball. Before transitioning to pickleball, Jay was a Division III college lacrosse player, where he honed his athleticism and competitive mindset. His diverse background in both fitness and sports allows him to offer a well-rounded approach to training and performance improvement.
