About Ted

On top of being a two-time PGA Tour Event winner and long-time golf channel analyst, Ted is an exceptional coach. He began his love affair with golf at the age of five. Growing up in Pennsylvania, Ted’s parents would drop him off at the golf course in the morning and pick him up at night. He would practice all day and imagine himself playing with the greats of the game. He studied their swings and imitated them as much as possible. His innate ability to see his body moving in time and space was his talent, and it took him all the way to the PGA TOUR. He also currently competes on the Champions Tour. ​ ACCOMPLISHMENTS : Two high school State individual championships Attended Ohio State University on golf scholarship Three time Division I All American Five division I individual titles Les Bolstaed winner - low stroke average in the big Ten 1989 ​ THREE NATIONWIDE TOUR VICTORIES 1990 Gateway Open 1991 Provo classic 1992 Shreevport Open TWO PGA TOUR WINS ** 1995 Anheuser Busch classic 1999 Fedex St Jude classic ​ OTHER ACCOMPLISHMENTS ANALYST ON THE GOLF CHANNEL, TNT SPORTS, PGA.COM
