Before that, I played nearly every sport imaginable, primarily shining as a national-level hockey goalie. I take pride in my understanding of body mechanics, which helps me break down complex movements; for instance, I often liken the weight transfer in a serve to skipping a stone and a backhand flick to throwing a frisbee.
