I began in aquatics—competing in swimming and coaching swim teams—then expanded into Group X instruction, building a strong foundation in movement, conditioning, and athlete development. After earning an Associate degree in Kinesiology, I transitioned into sport-specific training, coaching basketball, boxing, and overall performance. I went on to become a full-time high school basketball coach within LAUSD, coaching at the CIF level and earning a MaxPreps coaching score ranked in the top tier (up to 100).
