With specialty training in various aspects of player development, she's earned accolades, including the PTR Arizona Professional Member of the Year Award and a faculty position at the United States Tennis Congress. As a graduate of the USPTA Leadership Academy and holder of multiple degrees, including a Master's in Business Administration, Melissa's commitment to excellence extends beyond sports. As the owner of On Court Adventures, she leads the charge in pickleball coaching, tournaments, corporate team-building workshops, and more, making waves in both sports and professional development realms.

Mark brings extensive experience in pickleball, both recreationally and competitively, as well as a passion for coaching. His love for the sport extends to the competitive challenges it offers and the physical exercise it provides. With a background in basketball, Mark quickly recognized how the skills from basketball—such as hand and foot speed and communication—transfer well into pickleball. His coaching focuses on maintaining an athletic posture, staying on your toes, and embracing a positive, can-do attitude. Currently residing in Mesa, Mark’s enthusiastic, service-oriented approach to coaching makes him a great addition to the TPG team, where he is eager to work with players of all levels and ensure a fun and productive training experience.
