I’ve been boxing since I was 16 and competed in multiple tournaments . I was always active and used boxing as a competitive measurement as also as preparation to go professional. Circumstances changed that and I decided to direct my passion into training which I’ve done for 6+ years introducing training and technological equipment to enhance performance and skill.

I began my martial arts journey with karate as a child in Long Island and later ventured into kickboxing in Chicago around 2005. Upon returning to NYC, I immersed myself in MMA, traditional boxing, Muay Thai, and Brazilian jiu-jitsu. For the past 8 years, I've been teaching boxing and kickboxing at various health clubs in NYC.
