Bio: I’m New Williams, a professional basketball player and elite level trainer. I have played in the NBA G League and just recently worked out with the Los Angeles Lakers. I’ve played internationally for the last 4 years and averaged 25 a game last season in high level Turkey, but what I’m most passionate about is helping the next generation level up. My training is built on real game experience, pro-level detail, and a commitment to getting results. Bio: I treat basketball as my craft. I’ve put all my creative energy in thinking of ways on how I can improve my game. I have been watching tons of NBA film, and educated myself in the strength and conditioning aspect of the sport. This constant process led me to develop a holistic approach, which is refined through application in my daily workouts. Most importantly, I’ve been playing basketball ever since I was a little kid.
