# TeachMe.To

> TeachMe.To is a two-sided marketplace connecting students with vetted, in-person and online coaches across the United States and Canada. Students browse, book, and pay for lessons online. Coaches set their own rates, availability, and locations and keep the majority of revenue.

This file is the long form of https://teachme.to/llms.txt. The agent API's own instructions live at https://api.teachme.to/agent/v1/llms.txt, rendered by the API from its OpenAPI document, and this file points there instead of repeating them.

Partner discovery returns public coach information and attributed booking links. Send learners to the returned `bookingUrl` unchanged for booking and payment on TeachMe.To. Preserve every query parameter. Use the Agent Booking API instructions below for direct agent booking.

## Policies

- Cancellation: full refund when the student cancels within 24 hours of making the booking and the lesson is not scheduled within the next 24 hours.
- Risk-free guarantee: after the first lesson, the student can request a rematch with a different coach or a refund within 24 hours of that lesson.
- Aside from the cancellation policy and the first-lesson risk-free guarantee, prepaid lessons are non-refundable and expire one year from the date of purchase.
- Transfers: unused prepaid lessons can be transferred to another coach, skill, or person before they expire. Each transfer starts a new 12 months from the date the transfer is completed. The purchase date is the day a gift card balance was used for lessons bought with that balance, and the day the transfer was completed for transferred lessons.
