Victoria is such a fantastic yoga instructor! She takes her time to make sure you are comfortable in your post and will address any issues you may have. She tailors her teaching to each persons individual needs and really takes her time to explain each pose in depth. Victoria’s voice is so calming and reassuring too! Great stretching and holding encouraged at various levels is capability. It felt great. Victoria has a soothing, calm voice which helped with breathing & relaxing. The class has variance each week so the instructor is creative and thoughtful to keep us participants engaged.
