Beginner training plan
Your first classThe first session will give me an idea of where you are in your journey, any physical limitations or contraindications, and start off with a beginner yoga class, and what expectations are moving forward.
Class 2-3Sessions 2&3 will be allowing your breath and body to guide you into the poses, witnessing what arises as we move from pose to pose.
Class 4-10As we move through sessions you may notice a deeper connection with your body, with your breath. You may also notice any sensations that arise and allow yourself to name those sensations and be more curious and open to what your body is experiencing. As we move through our sessions you will also experience better range of motion, physical strength, and self trust.
Class 11+Yoga is all about the way you live your life. As we move with our bodies and allow our breath to be our guide, we experience so much more than just the physical as yoga goes beyond the mat. As we explore your intentions, affirmations, movements and breath, you will explore a range of benefits that you will not benefit physically but that seep internal within the body as well.
