Beginner training plan
Your first classEvery yoga journey begins with understanding you. During our first session, we'll discuss your goals, experience, lifestyle, and any injuries or health considerations. I'll guide you through foundational breathing techniques, gentle movement, and basic postures while observing how your body moves and what feels supportive. My goal is to help you feel comfortable, confident, and leave the session feeling better than when you arrived.
Class 2-3As we build confidence, we'll continue developing safe alignment, breath awareness, mobility, balance, flexibility, and strength at a pace that feels right for you. Each class is personalized and may include restorative yoga, mindful movement, relaxation, or more active sequences depending on your goals.
Yoga isn't about touching your toes, it's about learning to listen to your body with curiosity and compassion.
Class 4-10By sessions 4–10, you'll begin to feel more confident and connected to your practice. We'll continue building strength, mobility, balance, and flexibility while exploring breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation techniques. As your confidence grows, we'll gradually introduce new poses or deepen familiar ones—always respecting your body's needs. Together, we'll create a practice that supports your long-term health, resilience, and overall well-being.
Youth players
Working with teenagersTeen sessions combine mindful movement, yoga, breathwork, mobility and relaxation in an approachable and supportive environment. Classes are adapted to each student's personality and needs, helping them develop strength, body awareness, confidence and practical tools for managing everyday stress.
