About your yoga coach
My name is Jenna Grimm. I am a 200hr Yoga Alliance certified teacher of traditional Vinyasa & Hatha. 30 hours of Yin Yoga and 50 hours of Ariel / Trapeze yoga. Rock climbing was a huge influence on my life, which piqued my interest to explore the holistic lifestyle that yoga has to offer. My mission as a teacher is to bring your practice back to its traditional Vedic roots by learning ancient wisdom, discipline, and pranayama breathing techniques alongside the physical asana practice. This helps deepen your connection to the mat in a healthy rounded way physically, mentally, and of course spiritually. Can't wait to elevate our lives together. Satnám.
