I love doing yoga with Heather. She makes the class fun for a variation of ages and skills. I love how we start with an intension. I feel myself letting it go throughout the entire class. Heather always has the softest and sweetest voice and makes me feel at peace while we practice. I have never had a class with her where I didn’t have fun or leave feeling totally relaxed.

Heather is such a kind, compassionate, and caring instructor. She spends time getting to know you and your goals so that she can be sure to help you achieve all you desire with your fitness.
