Hi, I'm Dani, a certified yoga instructor with 10+ years of experience, having discovered this transformative practice during my studies in India. My teaching style blends elements from Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin traditions, and I'm passionate about creating an inclusive space for all to experience the countless benefits of yoga. Besides teaching group classes, I also offer private sessions and workshops focused on stress relief, flexibility, and strength building, aiming to deepen the mind-body-spirit connection of my students.
