On top of that, she actually has studied music theory in-depth so her knowledge on both the informational and practical ends is really comprehensive since she can explain what she's doing really well. Both her public sound baths and private sessions are very relaxing and I felt offered me a lot of benefits. The fact that she has offerings in different frequencies was a pleasant surprise as well.

> My favorite yoga instructor in my fifteen years as a yoga practitioner. Knowledgeable, soothing and just the right amount of disarmingly playful. She's also adept at the sweaty workout kind of yoga, if that's what you're looking for. If you want total relaxation, the sound bath cannot be beat. I've been taking classes remotely (via zoom) for over a year and I've been lucky enough to take a few in-person classes and she excels in both situations. Ohuru Yoga comes with my highest recommendation!
