Your first classTake it slow, focus on body awareness, breath, and alignment.
Class 2-3Start to slightly speed up the pace and connect breath to movement while maintaining body awareness.
Class 4-10Start to enter the flow state where you are moving through poses using your breath.
Class 11+Continue practices listed above and if they are comfortable we start to add in intermediate poses and sequencing.
