I am usually very restless, but I found myself enjoying the stretches and activities, and before I knew it I was relaxed and calm by the end of class. I also appreciated interacting with Ashley. She was a wonderful teacher.

Yoga with Ashley was fun, relaxing, and overall easy to follow along with. Some poses were challenging, but I appreciated that as well as the modifications provided.
