About your weightlifting coach

I'm a personal trainer with 8 years of experience helping adults and working professionals achieve weight loss, muscle gain, and improved athletic conditioning. My coaching style focuses on full-body training, calisthenics, and low-volume, high-rep resistance work. While programming is important, I believe lasting results come from Strong coach-client relationships built on trust, accountability, and understanding each person's unique goals.

Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson is all about assessment and awareness. I take the time to understand the client's goals, current fitness level, movement patterns, lifestyle habits, and any limitations they may have. We perform a series of basic movement assessments and introductory exercises to establish a baseline. The goal is not to push intensity, but to build confidence, gather data, and create a safe starting point.
Lesson 2-3The second and third lessons focus on learning the fundamentals. Clients are introduced to basic calisthenics movements, cardiovascular conditioning, resistance band exercises, and field-based drills. During this phase, I emphasize proper technique, breathing, posture, and movement quality. The objective is to build a strong foundation while gradually increasing confidence and work capacity.
Lesson 4-10Sessions four through eleven are where clients begin building momentum. Training volume and intensity gradually increase based on the client's ability and recovery. Clients can expect structured field conditioning, calisthenics progressions, agility drills, resistance band work, and cardiovascular training designed to improve strength, endurance, coordination, and overall fitness. Throughout this phase, performance data, lifestyle habits, and recovery are monitored to ensure steady progress while reducing the risk of injury. The focus is on consistency, discipline, and developing sustainable habits.
Lesson 11+As the program progresses, training becomes more individualized and performance-driven. Workouts are adjusted based on results, recovery, and the data collected throughout the coaching process. Clients can expect a combination of calisthenics, cardio conditioning, agility drills, strength development, and accountability coaching designed to improve endurance, resilience, mobility, and overall health. The ultimate goal is to help clients build sustainable habits and develop the physical and mental capacity to perform at a higher level in everyday life.

Michael Toney
"I came to DataDriven Coaching because I was tired of doing the same gym workouts over and over again. As a beginner, I wanted a program that would help me get stronger without feeling intimidated or risking injury. Eric took the time to teach me proper movement, build my confidence, and progress at a pace that made sense for me. After 12 weeks, I felt stronger, had more energy, and actually looked forward to working out."
David Rice
"Before joining DataDriven Coaching, I spent years jumping from one gym routine to another with very little progress. I wanted a different approach, something that focused on real-world fitness and long-term health. The combination of field training, conditioning, and accountability helped me build strength safely while improving my endurance and mobility. As someone who started as a complete beginner, I appreciated how structured and personalized the program felt."
