Beginner training plan

Youth players
Working with teenagersI have the most experience teaching teenagers.
What you need to bringSunscreen, sand socks if the sand is very hot. Bring beach volleyballs if you have them.
What I can bringI have lines and antennas. I have a few volleyballs, and can borrow more from a friend if necessary. I have a few pairs of sand socks as well.
