Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first lesson focuses on creating a positive and comfortable environment while introducing the fundamentals. I start by learning the athlete’s background, goals, and experience level. We cover basic athletic stance, footwork, and ball familiarity. Key skills include underhand passing (forearm pass), proper hand positioning, and simple movement drills. The goal is confidence, fun, and understanding the basics—not perfection.
Lesson 11+After lesson 10, beginners transition toward game-ready skills. Training focuses on improving consistency, decision-making, and confidence in live play. Players work on serve receive, basic attacking, defensive positioning, and full-court play concepts. Practices include competitive drills and scrimmage situations to prepare athletes for team play and match scenarios.
