Beginner training plan
Your first lessonFinding out exactly what they can do. Analyzing each skill and level the athlete is at. As well as getting to know the player.
Lesson 2-3I will then start creating drills that are in depth of what they are needing. Repititon of skills working there way up.
Lesson 4-10These lessons will be more advanced than the beginning. Meaning more combination of individual skills at once.
Lesson 11+The remaining lessons will be fast paced drills that the athlete will be able to accomplish.
