Your first lessonMy first lesson for beginners always starts with passing basics, how to hold your hands together properly, and teaching the correct angle to hold your arms when passing.
Lesson 11+Sessions will become more intense as the player gets better to show constant improvement
Lesson 4-10Learning proper techniques for all basic skills in volleyball, passing, setting, hitting, and serving
Lesson 2-3Serving, more passing basics, as well as learning to approach and set the ball.
Advanced training plan
Your first lessonGoing over the basics of what you know and what you wish to improve. Simple drills to get an idea of how good you are and what you need to work on to play at the next level
Lesson 11+From this point on, I will remain focused on the points which the player wishes to improve, setting up new and more tough drills to get the person to the next level
Lesson 4-10Harder drills as player improves, as well as more intense physical exercise associated with the drills.
Lesson 2-3Specific training based on preference of what the player wants to get better at.
