-Continued positioning (Serve & Serve receive, where to move during play when switch from Offense to Defense)
-Passing when ball goes overhead, deep backcourt requiring to pass with back towards the net
-Digging (defensive Bump pass)
-Hitting/Spiking (Front row) and Down balls (Back row)
-Situatuonal game play
Lesson 4-10-Continued Passing (directed to Setter)
-Continued Serving (Float and/or Topspin)
-Positioning (Serve & Serve receive)
-Passing when ball goes overhead, deep backcourt requiring to pass with back towards the net
-Digging (defensive Bump pass)
-Hitting/Spiking (Front row) and Down balls (Back row)

-Choosing the type of Serve to stick with

Your first lesson-Check fundamental skills
-Work on positional skills (front row/back row positions)
-Receiving free balls, passing to Setter (Setters transition from defense to offensive position)
