Your first trainingEstablish training goals, get comfortable with rules, and begin exploring the three basic movements (bump, set, spike).
Training 2-3Practice proper form and technique for the basic movements through drills and simple games.
Training 4-10Continue refining fundamental technique, introduction and practice of serving skills.
Training 11+Adjustments to drills based on student feedback and performance — what needs the most work? If good progress is made, advanced game strategy can be introduced.
