* Improve passing accuracy (bump + set)
* Serving (underhand → overhand intro)
* Basic attack approach (no spike power yet, just form)
* Passing under light pressure (movement drills)
* Introduction to rotations & positions
* Small controlled rallies (2v2, 3v3)
* Defensive basics (digging intro)
Training 11+(Game Play / Development)
* Full serving (overhand consistency)
* Controlled spiking technique
* Team rotations + positioning in real play
* Game situations (serve receive, transitions)
* Scrimmages (4v4 → 6v6)
* Strategy basics (communication, coverage, court awareness)
