Your first lessonThe first lesson will be all skills. Consider it an evaluation lesson so we can see how to plan the next lessons. This will consist of some footwork, reaction drills, and simplified drills.
Lesson 2-3We will emphasize the basics. Passing and serving are both essential to the game of volleyball. This is where o teach the “why” so you understand what you’re doing and how to do it.
Lesson 4-10By this time, we can incorporate game-like elements like adding footwork with the skill and executing what was learned previously. In these lessons, accountability is huge! No more bad habits.
Lesson 11+After 10, they should no longer be a beginner!
