Beginner training plan
Your first lessonI will assess the basic fundamentals, previous experience, and skill level of volleyball focusing on techniques including passing, setting, serving, and spiking. Future lesson plans will be tailored based on the performance of these fundamental techniques.
Lesson 11+I will begin to ask the student what specific volleyball techniques they would like to work on and practice during the lessons. I will continue to provide feedback and assistance on the student’s technique when performing on the court. I will also continue to aid
Lesson 4-10Reviewing in depth video footage of the student’s technique. Continue working on weak points. Assess progress towards goals.
Lesson 2-3I will continue assessing the fundamental skills but will focus on specific weak points within the fundamentals. I will work together with the student to create future goals moving forward.
