Beginner training plan
Your first lessonThe first training is utilized as an evaluation session. We will do basic skills and drills and their won’t be much instruction. I want to learn where the athlete stands. I’ll share my insights at the end.
Lesson 11+Training session will start to look more familiar as we move forward.
Lesson 4-10Expect more advanced coaching regardless of level. We will always progress in difficulty levels.
Lesson 2-3I will create practices around the deficiencies I learned from the first session. Also, expect to be tested physically.
