Your first lessonPhysical conditioning and basic principles and movements of volleyball
Lesson 11+The athlete will master all the basic movements of volleyball and will be able to play games without problems.
Lesson 4-10Greater strength and endurance, the athlete will be able to play a volleyball game at a beginner level

Youth players
Working with kidsDepending on the age, strength, and endurance, the practices for the children will be carried out. I have special balls for children; these balls are of a special weight for this group of athletes.
Working with teenagersThe training will be tailored to the needs of each athlete, stronger but taking into account the needs of each athlete.
